Mossvale is an online game operated by Robert Käll in Sweden. These terms govern your use of the Mossvale game, its account service and game servers. Contact: [email protected]. The terms of Steam or Google Play also apply to your use of those platforms; they do not replace these Mossvale terms.
You sign in through your own Steam or Google Play Games profile. A Mossvale account may be linked to one Steam profile and one Google Play Games profile at a time. Do not share, sell, lend or transfer your Mossvale account, login access, linking codes or platform credentials. You are responsible for activity on your account, except where caused by our failure or circumstances outside your control. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Do not use bots, scripts, macros that automate gameplay, cheats, exploits, packet manipulation, unauthorized third-party software, modified clients or other tools that give an unfair advantage or interfere with the game or servers. Do not reverse-engineer, attack, overload or bypass security measures except where applicable law expressly permits it. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, scam or discriminate against other players; publish unlawful content; or trade accounts, items or in-game benefits for real-world value without our written permission. Report bugs and exploits to support instead of abusing them.
We may investigate credible reports and take proportionate action, including warnings, removal of content or items, temporary restrictions, suspension, permanent bans or termination of a Mossvale account. Serious cheating, fraud, threats, security abuse or repeated violations may justify immediate action. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the reason and provide a way to request review at [email protected]. We may delete a terminated account and its game data in line with the Privacy Policy and applicable law. A ban does not delete your Steam or Google account. We will not use these terms to override mandatory consumer or privacy rights.
Your characters, progress, virtual items and in-game currency are features of the service, not property that you can sell or transfer outside the game. We may rebalance, repair, reset or remove game content to operate the game fairly and securely. We will give reasonable notice of material changes when practical. You retain rights to content you create, but grant us the limited rights needed to display, moderate and operate it in Mossvale.
Mossvale is under development and may change or be temporarily unavailable. We may update the game and these terms. Material changes will be presented before they apply; continued play may require acceptance of updated terms. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
You may request deletion through the game or at mossvalegame.com/account-deletion.html. Once a verified in-game request is confirmed, the Mossvale account is locked immediately. If you sign in during the following 24 hours, you may cancel deletion and unlock it. After that period, deletion of the account and associated active game data is scheduled and processed. Restricted backup, purchase and security records may remain only as described in the Privacy Policy. Deleting a Mossvale account does not delete your Steam or Google account.
