Request deletion of your Mossvale account

You can request deletion whether you play through Google Play or Steam, even if you have uninstalled the game.

Email [email protected] with the subject Mossvale account deletion request.
Tell us whether you play through Google Play, Steam, or both. If you can still open the game, include the Mossvale account ID shown in Menu > Account. Do not send your Google or Steam password or any sign-in code.
We will reply with a way to verify account ownership and process your request.

Deleting a Mossvale account removes its linked Steam and Google Play identifiers, characters, inventory, currencies, and associated game progress from active Mossvale services. It does not delete your Steam or Google account.

Restricted disaster-recovery copies can retain older account data until they expire under a schedule based on the copy's age and the date deletion completed. A deletion-safety record is kept until no older backup can restore the account. Minimal purchase records may remain while needed for refunds, fraud prevention, legal duties or claims; support and security records may remain while their specific purpose requires them. These records do not restore deleted characters or make the account playable. See our Privacy Policy for the retention criteria and your rights.

The email route requires us to verify ownership and process your request. In either game client, Menu > Account can start automatic deletion: the account locks immediately, you can cancel within 24 hours by signing in, and deletion of active account data is then processed.
